A spectacular autumn tradition since 2003, attendees savor award winning Chef Daniel Boulud’s cuisine in the private Bellecour Room of Restaurant Daniel along with two of New York’s premier chefs each year.
The wine selections chosen by expert Tony DiDio, President of TD Selections compliment the outstanding culinary presentations. Notable vineyards and importers include: Dreyfus Ashby, Miner Family, Hanzell, Nino Franco Prosecco, Cusumano, Barone Ricasoli, Peter Zemmer. Ellen Negrin of Lauber Imports assists throughout the evening. Daniel Boulud
Born in Lyon, France, Daniel Boulud is the most celebrated chef in North America with restaurants all over the world. Mr. Boulud has taken America by gastronomic storm and dazzles us with his craft. Daniel will host our event for the 16th year.
David Pasternack
David is the chef/partner of three-star restaurant Esca. This jewel of a restaurant has brought Italian seafood closer to America. We are proud to have David back with us for the 13th year.
Anthony Scotto, Jr.
Anthony Scotto, Jr. is the Executive Chef/Owner of Fresco by Scotto, an Italian landmark restaurant since 1993, co-owned and operated by The Scotto Family – Marion, Rosanna, Anthony, Jr. and Elaina. Fresco by Scotto has received outstanding reviews in New York Magazine, Gourmet Magazine, The New York Times and three stars in Crain’s New York Business.
